SomGovWatch.org is an independent civic documentation platform focused on alleged governance and land administration issues in Somalia, with a particular emphasis on compliance with the Provisional Constitution of Somalia (2012).
Our purpose is to support public transparency, constitutional awareness, and structured reporting of alleged violations involving property rights, land governance, due process, and public administration.

Legal Framework We Reference
SomGovWatch.org is guided by the Provisional Constitution of the Federal Republic of Somalia (2012), including but not limited to:
- Article 26 β Property Rights
- Article 43 β Land Policy and Administration
- Article 19 β Protection of the Home and Due Process Principles
We also reference relevant international human rights standards, including protections against forced eviction and principles of adequate housing.
